By accessing or using Bracket Trade ("the Service"), operated by Manifest AI Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Bracket Trade is a software platform that connects to your brokerage account and provides AI-powered market analysis, sentiment scoring, automated trading suggestions, and trade execution tools. The Service requires you to connect your own brokerage account and API keys. AI analysis is included with your subscription. You may optionally add API keys for an AI provider of your choice, in which case analysis you run with those models goes through that provider.
The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisor. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you provide. Keys you save to your account are stored encrypted and used only to act on your instructions, and you can replace or remove them at any time in Settings. Accounts set up before the current plan may instead hold keys in the browser they were configured in; keeping that device secure is part of keeping those keys secure, and clearing that browser's storage removes them. You acknowledge that you supply your keys at your own risk. You must not share your account with others.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service, no payment method required. After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription at $19/month, billed monthly through Stripe. There is no permanently free tier, and this applies to paper trading as well as live trading. Accounts that subscribed to a plan we no longer offer continue to be billed at the price they subscribed at until they cancel or change plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. The AI analysis included with your subscription is subject to fair-use limits designed to keep the Service responsive for everyone.
The auto-trade feature uses AI to scan markets, select stocks, and execute trades automatically on your behalf through your brokerage account. By enabling auto-trade, you acknowledge that:
The Service integrates with third-party services including Alpaca Markets (brokerage), Stripe (payments), and the AI infrastructure providers we use to run the included models. If you add your own AI provider API keys, your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bracket Trade and its operator shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis or trades will be profitable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
